Sgt. Mandala performs highly-detailed threat assessments and threat management plans for high profile clientele in the residential and commercial sectors. Such plans include everything from fencing and landscape design to custom security system design, access control and video surveillance. He works with contractors to fabricate custom safe rooms and ballistic doors and furniture. He also performs technical surveillance countermeasures (bug sweeps), counterintelligence investigations involving security breaches from social media, information technology and the disposal of confidential documents.
