Mandrake Road Church of Christ

We are a Protestant, Evangelical church. We believe the Bible
is the source of all spiritual authority. We are a Bible-believing
and a Bible-guided church. We are evangelical in that we
believe the Bible to be inspired and accurate. We are a
back-to-the-Bible kind of church, in that we believe when we do what the Bible says, we will be what the Bible describes.
We try to restore New Testament Christianity by simply
putting into practice what we can from reading the Bible.
We read the Bible, understand the grammatical and historical
settings, and then ask how we can make this real for us.
We end up with principles that we live by.

About our Minister - Roy Ratcliff:

Roy Ratcliff is 66 years old and has been married to
Susan for 45 years. They have two children, and
two grandchildren. He has been preaching for 43
years and has been an elder of the church for 17 years.
His education: York College (1965-1967), Master's
Apprentice Program (1967-1968, in Janesville, WI),
Oklahoma Christian University (1968-1970). He
has preached in Andover, Kansas (1970-1975),
Wausau, Wisconsin (1975-1990), and Madison,
Wisconsin (1990-present). In 1994, he baptized
the serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer. He has written
a book about Jeffrey's journey of faith, "Dark Journey
Deep Grace". Roy is a grace-oriented preacher.
