Manna From Heaven Outreach, Inc.

Manna From Heaven Outreach, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Myra, KY, serving the people of Pike, Lechter and Floyd Counties. As Christians, we are trying to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors, who are suffering for lack of life's most basic needs. When Manna From Heaven started, we served 20-25 families per week. We now serve more than 320 families weekly.
Our services include:
•Weekly food distribution (received through donation)
•Community Day, including clothing, personal hygiene items, furniture, and household items
•Seeds of Change Program, distributing seeds and seedlings, promoting self-sufficiency and a sustainable food source
•Prom Closet, lending prom attire to local high school students
•Christmas Outreach, providing food, children's toys, and clothing
•Supporting area ministries, eg. homeless veterans' shelter, Virgie Women's Ministry, foster care (CPS), local nursing homes
