Chef Dan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York and has worked in restaurants, hotels, bed and breakfasts, catering and hospitals for over 30 years. Chef Dan has won numerous awards, including The Wall Street Journal's Top Hospital Chef in 2009.

Adam Freisem-Chef de Cuisine is a culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University, with a Bachelors degree in Food & Beverage Management. Chef Adam brings a passion for the extraordinary and is driven to surprise and delight Manna guests with healthy culinary creations.

Chef Dan and Chef Adam have a passion for food and for people. They believe being a chef is a contact sport, working hard to deliver knockout innovative dishes with global flavor profiles while un-wrapping the gift of food with their guests.
