Submit up to three (3) original recipes that showcase Maple Leaf Farms duck leg products. Submit your recipes for a chance to win one of these great prizes in one of two categories.

Chef Category: Grand Prize $10,000; Four (4) Additional Finalist Prizes of $1,000 each

To enter the Chef Category, you must be an executive chef, sous chef or lead line cook in a restaurant, catering company or non-commercial foodservice establishment. Distributor chefs, retail market chefs, personal chefs and culinary instructors are also eligible and invited to participate.

Student Category: Grand Prize $5,000; Four (4) Additional Finalist Prizes of $500 each & knife set

To enter the Student Category, you must be a student at a professional culinary school and submit proof of current enrollment.
