We offer a wide variety of wall decals and custom wood signs, but can personalize anything.Tell us what you want, and we can create something special just for you!! We have 73 different vinyl colors to choose from that can be used both indoors and outdoors.We can put any of our vinyl sayings on wood or any of the wood signs can be made into vinyl wall decals.

Our products are made to order and production begins after an order has been placed. All of our creations are original and no two are alike due to various rustic reclaimed woods, distressing methods, and paint applications. All of our wood signs come with a saw tooth hanger attached for easy display in your favorite
place and all of our signs are finished on both sides.

PAYMENT~
We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards. Please allow 5-7 business days of creation time before shipping for custom orders, including all vinyl purchases.

SHIPPING~
We ship via USPS mail. Shipping time may vary depending on location, and all items shipped are always sent with delivery confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days via USPS Mail, however the Post Office does not guarantee that shipping time frame. Tracking numbers are issued when your product is shipped.

RUSH ORDERS~
If you need your order sooner than the possible 5 to 7 business days that creation and shipping could require we'd be happy to accommodate, but at an additional charge. Please keep in mind that at times rush orders may be impossible due to current work loads.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES~
Generally we do not offer refunds. However, if your item is damaged during shipment we'd happily replace it AFTER the original is returned to us. In regards to vinyl decals, often times we can replace a damaged letter or small "shape". If this is the case we're happy to cut a new one, all you'd need to pay for is the shipping. Or, if you prefer, we can cut the entire decal again at a reduced price to replace the original. A high quality picture of the damaged decal would need to be emailed to us in order to take advantage of the aforementioned replacement policy.

HOW DO I INSTALL MY VINYL DECAL~
A simple instruction sheet will accompany each decal order. Should you need any further help, feel free to email or convo us.

HOW DO I REMOVE MY VINYL DECAL~
When you are ready to remove your decal, you can simply peel the vinyl away from the surface it is adhered to. You may use a blow dryer on the lowest setting to soften the vinyl for easier removal. Please keep in mind that our decals are removable, however it is not re-usable.
