Marchbanks' Executive Director is Scott Morrison. Scott oversees all community operations to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care possible. Scott possesses more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare Management. He began his career in the healthcare industry as a certified nursing assistant, working his way up into management roles that have included business office management, corporate education, and serving as the Executive Director of an assisted living community in Greenville, SC for several years. Scott has played an instrumental role in improving senior care through his design and development of healthcare programs that include one of South Carolina’s largest nurse aide programs. In addition to his wealth of management experience in the assisted living industry, Scott is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a dual license in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, as well as being a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Scott earned both is Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Design and his Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Clemson University. Scott’s unmatched passion for caring for seniors and providing them with the best care and lifestyle possible make him the ideal leader for our Marchbanks family!
