I am trained in a depth psychology approach that treats suffering on the level of the mind, body and spirit so you can be your most authentic and whole self. I am familiar with 12-step programs, meditation, yoga and holistic counseling.

I work with children and adults in my practice and have a specialty working with children ages zero to four. I have trained with the Child Trauma Training Institute covering topics of infant mental health, attachment and the impact of trauma in early childhood.
