Marion EMS and Fire

The mission of the Marion Massachusetts Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department is to promote safety and health through excellent prehospital medical care, fire suppression, hazardous materials response, technical rescue, emergency preparedness, fire prevention and community education as well as special services to all who live, visit, work, invest or travel through our community. Our vision is to be an evidence and performance based organization in which a well trained, highly skilled and primarily volunteer workforce utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, technology, apparatus and facilities to provide the highest quality Emergency Medical and Fire Services with minimal response time. To achieve this goal, we will involve the private sector and the civic community in public education and awareness activities. The realization of this vision will improve the quality of life for every member of our community and region and help to make our town the very best in providing efficient and effective customer service.
