In operation since 1971, Mariposa has withstood the test of time, and today qualifies as one of Covina's very favorite places for dinner and Sunday brunch. Start with a steaming bowl of albondigas soup, then enjoy fresh Mesquite chicken salad, chile colorado, carne asada, carnitas, fish tacos or a heaping combo plate.
