Marseilles is a village in Wyandot County, Ohio, United States. The population was 112 at the 2010 census.HistoryThe village was named after Marseilles, in France.On March 5, 1967, Lake Central Flight 527 en route from Columbus to Toledo, crashed in a field near the Wyandot/Hardin County line in proximity to the Village of Marseilles. The cause of the crash was determined to be fatigue on the propeller of the plane, which separated and crashed through the cabin.
