Marsha is Co-Owner and Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices I Pondera Properties located on Possum Kingdom Lake. She is proud to have helped evolve the level of professionalism in real estate at Possum Kingdom Lake. Marsha lives full-time at Possum Kingdom Lake and still enjoys working directly with clients. She continues to develop and support other real estate professionals and stresses the importance of training and having a deep knowledge of the market. She also strives to improve ethics in real estate by serving on the Professional Standards Committee of the Texas Association of Realtors.
