Martin's Point Health Care

As a not-for-profit organization, our primary concern is helping our patients, health plan members, and the communities we serve live healthier lives, with lower health care costs, and with the promise of treating each one with warmth, care, and concern.

We have primary care Health Care Centers in southern Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

We also have health insurance plans designed for two specific groups:
• Generations Advantage – for individuals eligible for Medicare
• US Family Health Plan – for active duty families and military retirees and their families
