Mary Cheatham is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill who has been a real estate broker since 2003. After years with a small boutique firm, she recently launched Mary Cheatham King Real Estate under the umbrella of Keller Williams Realty. She and a group of other top-producing local agents are opening a local Keller Williams office where Mary Cheatham will serve as operating principal. She has twice been presented with the award for the top producing agent in Carteret County, most recently for 2013 with over $16,000,000 in closed sales. Outside of work, Mary Cheatham loves spending time with her children, Sally and Walter, and her husband, Chip. She lives in Morehead City and works in Atlantic Beach but often finds herself all over the county, from Beaufort to Emerald Isle.
