About two years after transitioning out of the Marine Corps, I felt lost. So I decided to take some time dedicated to rediscovering myself.

Through multiple seminars, training events and courses, I found that my struggles were not just my own; they were common struggles for most women, from all walks of life, and all demographics.

4 years have gone by dedicated to this journey, and I’ve learned not only how to help myself, but how to help others as well.

Self development, growth and learning are things that I value and believe are lifelong pursuits. I’ve always believed that. By no means have I fully dealt with every obstacle I’ve encountered or do I fully understand myself without fault. But I have gained a skill set, through this journey, which is highly valuable, and I would love to share it with you.

I don’t like being BS’ed and I don’t like to BS other people. If you are struggling in some area(s) I want you to not only find peace, but to exceed your own expectations, and begin to move beyond anything you imagined possible, toward your wildest dreams. I will use every skill and resource at my disposal to aid in that process, to your satisfaction, with everything out in the open.
