Mason PUD 3

Mason PUD 3 is a community-owned and governed utility, created to provide safe, reliable, and economical electric and wholesale telecommunication services.

PUD 3 provides electricity to nearly 33,000 customers in most of Mason County and small portions of Kitsap, Grays Harbor, and Pierce Counties. PUD 3 owns and operates eleven substations and has almost 1,800 miles of overhead and underground lines to serve its customers. The PUD also provides wholesale telecommunications services in its service area through a fiber optic network. There are approximately 700 connections to this system.

Customers can report outages or service issues any time of the day or night by calling: 360-426-8255 (Shelton), 360-275-2833 (Belfair), 360-861-4247 (Elma). Since the PUD 3 Facebook page is not monitored 24/7, making a phone call is the very best way to contact us if you have service problems or if there is an electrical emergency.
