Morrison Athletics and Strength Systems (M.A.S.S.) is a program designed to help anyone achieve their fitness goals. From elite athletes, to the average Joe, my program design will get you over your plateau, or jumpstart your fitness journey. I am a graduate from the National Personal Training Institute (CPT) with an additional certification in Sport Specific Speed, Agility, and Quickness (Speedblast). I am a United States Army combat veteran, with experience training one on one, as well as groups of more than twenty people.
