My name is Ashley Cole and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. Helping people has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. As I have grown older I noticed how common it is for people to be living with chronic pain. I watched friends and family members taking pill after pill to manage pain only to have the symptoms return hours later. My path to massage therapy began when I was researching alternatives for pain management.

I first fell in love with massage when I realized the potential to affect chronic pain at the source. Don’t just mask the symptoms, instead treat the problem. I enrolled at American Institute of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2012. My training included Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal massage, Sports massage, Hot Stone massage, basic Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and Chair massage.

I am devoted to giving my clients high quality customized massages to help treat chronic pain, reduce stress and encourage homeostasis in the body. I look forward to working with you and finding the perfect treatment plan to meet you relaxation goals.
