I am a 2008 graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Northwestern gave me a great clinical foundation that has transformed my business into the movement focused Sports Massage Therapy clinic that it is. In eight years of practice, learning about and watching movement, I have incorporated Sports Massage Therapy, Rocktape Kinesiology Taping, Massage Cupping Technique, Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) and Personal Training to treat my clients the best way I know how to with the most up to date techniques. I look forward to helping each client that walks into my clinic to not only move better and more efficiently, but also without pain. Keep moving out there.
