Services Offered:

Swedish Massage Therapy: Associated more with the relaxation than treatment, it is a great introduction to massage as wekk as good type of massage for someone that simply wants to relax or is sensitive to a deeper touch. The massage is generally performed on the entire body with techniques including long, smooth, and gliding type of relaxing strokes which are directed towards the heart with the goal of improving circulation

Deep Tissue (or Mayofascial Release) Massage: Whether it is from chronic tension, old injury, or repetitive use from work, the muscles and fascia that surround them have a tendency to get adhered or almost "glued together". This can decrease optimal range of motion at any joi9nt, set you up for a potential injury, lead to chronic pain and tension and generally cause a decrease in energy. Therapists will use slow, firm strokes and deep finger.

Sports Massage: This massage isn't just for an athlete, but for anyone who has a physically active lifestyle. Receiving a sports massage can assist in increasing range of motion, increasing blood flow to areas of tightness or discomfort, and can dramatically help in the reduction of injuries. Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT): Excellent for chronic headaches and many other chronic pain conditions. Often the therapist encompasses a variety of techniques. NMT is often focused on a specific area of treatment and involved an assessment, treatment, and strengthening. Such as cross fiber friction, trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
