Swedish Massage : Infused oils are used to facilitate long even strokes called effleurage to smoothe and relax muscles. Special care is given to a problem areas.

Deep Tissue Massages:

This is a very focused massage. The Therapist works the deep tissue of the muscle and fascia (connective tissue between skin and muscle). This technique works to release chronic muscle tension or knots called trigger points. Deep tissue massage is great for working the cellular toxins out of your body which can actually be the cause to many aches and pains. Deep tissue massage has also been shown beneficial in breaking up scar tissue as well as fascial adhesions from injuries and surgery.

Hot Stone Massage:

This massage technique incorporates the use of smooth, rounded stones of various sizes that have been heated. The stones are placed on key points of the back, hands, feet, legs, and belly. The Therapist uses these stones as an extension of her hands while the heat from the stones penetrate deep to loosen muscle groups, trigger points and bring increased blood flow to target areas to improve healing in the body.

Preganancy Massage:

Pregnancy massage promotes relaxation, smoothes the back strain, along with leg stress of pregnant mothers. This massage is especially beneficial during the second and third trimesters to help make this journey more enjoyable.

Sports Massages:

Perpares the athletes for competition, promotes quicker healing while rehabilitating from injuries, relieves chronic pain, and greatly improves the bodies' range of motion. Also, sports massage decreases the chance of muscle sprain/strain when your body is not at its optimal performance. Massage greatly increasas the ability of the body fot perform at its' highest level.

I completed my training at Lake Lanier School of massage in Gainesville GA.
I continue to study new techniques to provide my patients with integrative therapies and comprehensive care.

We offer 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes sessions.
