MassGunOwnership.com is a joint effort by the Blue Northern Trading Co. and local instructor Jim Finnerty to provide affordable, comprehensive, and efficient training for people that have never owned a firearm, or for those that have relocated from out-of-state and require a training certificate for a Massachusetts firearms permit.

Jim is a Massachusetts State Police and NRA-certified instructor with over 25 years of training experience, Director-At-Large of the Gun Owners' Action League (GOAL), and Vice President of the Shirley Rod and Gun Club.
