What is Master Networks?

Where business leaders connect, share, and prosper. We are a membership-based network of learning-focused, service-oriented entrepreneurs/business leaders.

Mission: The mission and passion of Master Networks is to train, develop and grow small business. Chapters meet weekly with a focus on increased business through personal growth and word of mouth referrals.

Description: We've all been to those networking groups and socials where we pass out business cards and stand around not really knowing what to say or do. We put in our hour or two then head back to the office where we put the cards we've gathered into a dust gathering pile in the corner of the desk.

Master Networks has flipped that notion upside down and created a training and development company that meets weekly with the full intent of getting to know one another's business inside and out.

Each meeting will provide a training as well as a time for members to introduce their business and ask for their best referral for that week.

The overall structure of the meetings rotate weekly so that once a month there is opportunity to showcase member's businesses, provide valuable feedback, participate in intensive training, and strengthen business bonds through trust and integrity.

The structure of the groups rotate weekly.

1. Week one: Members break out into groups of two for face time with another member. They will spend 8-10 minutes getting to know and understand each other's business goals and needs at the end of the time they will switch up again to meet with another member.

2. Week two: Intensive Training. This will be a twenty minute in depth training on business growth and development. For example, one week the technology team may present a training on how to utilize social media to grow your business. After the training is complete, members will discuss and open the floor for questions.

3. Week three: two members will have the opportunity to showcase their business. This will be an 8-10 minute presentation after which members will give feedback on what worked well and areas of opportunity to perfect the presentation so that they can better represent themselves with future clients and customers.

4. Week four: members will all give a one minute sound bite of their business and tagline. Members will provide one another with feedback and questions.

In addition to the weekly meetings, Master Networks Inc. members have access to an extensive back office library full of training videos, readings and tips. This is included with each membership.
