Alexandria's Premier Martial Arts Academy for over 20 years that trains people both physically and mentally. We strive to build clear minds and strong bodies of children and adults by providing high quality Songahm Taekwondo instruction, and having fun in the process. Taekwondo training should be fun and yet disciplined, the instructor's presence should be dynamic and classes enjoyable. Everyone learns different so we develop each student to the best of their abilities.


FITBOX is for adults benefits are cardio, stress relief, and self-defense workout. Class consist of boxing combos, hand and foot techniques on pads with a core component. It is a fun and exciting way to burn between 350 to 450 calories. TV’s Biggest Loser uses FITBOX as a component of their training. Sessions are on Monday and Friday from 6:00-7:00 pm.
