Beyond being a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors, Matt has had the opportunity of serving in the Ohio Air National Guard for nine years and continues to proudly perform military duty as a Captain. Born and raised in Dayton, he provides expert knowledge in the area and acts as active member of the community. He is also a graduate of the Wright State University and Community College of the Air Force, where he received Bachelors in Biology with a secondary focus in Business Management and Associates in Operations Management.

Growing up in Dayton, Matt has obtained over 10 years sales, marketing, and customer service experience. He is viewed by the community as proactive leader, skilled at analyzing business needs, negotiation, and assessing risk. Matt holds an outstanding track record in planning and managing complex initiatives to achieve desired goals. He provides experience of managing complex projects while building internal and external relationships. Passionate to his craft, he continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends.

Matt is a proud husband and father to his wife Heather and a son Maddox, with a daughter on the way! You can find Matt in his free time rooting on the Buckeyes at the Shoe or exercising outside with his family. Avid explorers of the city, the Kemper’s love to try new restaurants, partake in local events, and fitness in the sun. Being in a military family, Matt understands the struggles of relocation and what it takes to make your family feel at home.
