I have always had an interest in the real estate market. When I bought my first home, many years ago, it was my first exposure to a real estate professional. As most people are, when buying their first home, I was nervous and unaware of what it would be like. I found out that, with the right agent, it is not that bad after all. My agent was very knowledgeable, always available, and just an all-around pleasure to work with. Have such a wonderful experience created a greater desire to be a part of the real estate industry. Did I mention she was a Long & Foster agent? Now it is 17 years later and I am excited and pleased to have become a member of the Long & Foster Real Estate family!

As a former Volunteer Firefighter/EMT, I can confidently say, I know what emotional and stressful life events can be like. In my life, just as most of us do, I demand the highest quality of customer service from companies and there representatives. Attention to detail, respect, and the intention to resolve all and any matters that surface. Customer Service is a skill that I have come to understand at a new level. I worked for a large Telecommunication company for 16 years as a Field Technician. Working for the customer, on their premises, resolving all and any issues, and keeping them informed as to the process and work performed was important to the customer. This work experience has opened my mind to what customer service is truly like.
