Topsail Beach has long been known for its sleepy town feel. A beach town that has year round residents as well as many "vacationers" throughout the year. One thing that sets Topsail Beach apart from the others is its pristine, uncrowded beaches and friendly residents. This home, "Miss Sandbridge" is located in the heart of Topsail Beach on Ocean Boulevard. Oceanfront means just that.....this house is on the Beach! Walk directly off the oceanfront deck onto the sand. When you're done after a long day on the beach, cool off in the private outdoor shower and head inside where you are greeted with island style decor and large bedrooms. 4 total bedrooms have 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 twin/double bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa for those unexpected drop-in guests.

There is a dry entrance to the home which brings you into the downstairs living area. The washer and dryer are located to your right as you head down the hallway. Stairs to the 2nd floor are also to your right. To your left, you will find the bedroom with twin bunk beds, this room is great for kids, or even single adults. A large bathroom across the hallway is shared with the double size bedroom. The bedroom itself has direct access to the bathroom as well as access to the oceanfront deck.

Further down the hallway is the final bedroom on the lower level. This is a queen master bedroom with its own private bath and access to the oceanfront deck. There is also a large walk-in closet for guest use.

On the upper floor, the living room area sits beside the kitchen and dining area with an open floorplan throughout the kitchen. Pull up to the bar and enjoy a drink, or bring in your catch of the day to enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen. The large open floor plan gives plenty of room for all the guests as well as 2 double doors both with access to the oceanfront deck. The 4th and final bedroom is located directly off the upstairs living area and boasts its own private bathroom, and of course, access to the oceanfront deck as well. There is plenty of deck furniture and rocking chairs, even a picnic table on our oceanfront deck. Miss Sandbridge is a very lovely decorated home with miles and miles of solitude. It doesn't get much better than this!
