Each boot camp lasts 4-5 weeks but runs continually year round. Max Results Boot Camp is personal training in a group setting. No matter your fitness level you will receive exactly the workout YOU were looking for. Workouts are based on each separate individuals ability, not the group. While there is a team aspect no one can burn any calories for you nor can you burn any calories for anyone else. You will hear Scott continually say, "you get out of camp what you put into it". Scott will help you find what your true abilities are. Having been out of shape and in pristine shape, Scott knows exactly how to handle each level of fitness that exists. Over a decade of experience and having personally lost large amounts of weight (over 150lbs in 15 months) Scott truly understands each individuals needs!
What will we be doing??.........................
Within each camp you will work on overall functional strength and cardio conditioning that will challenge and reward you.
Camp is broken into 3 basic workout combinations;
upper body emphasis+cardio & core
lower body emphasis +cardio & core
combined emphasis + cardio & core
Saturday and Sunday workouts are surprises :)
**NO workout is ever duplicated in the exact same manner ensuring you won't get the "boredom factor"
