MAX10 Fitness & Boot Camp
MAX10 Fitness & Boot Camp is located in North Seattle and specializes in a proprietary bootcamp type cross-training program mixing kickboxing, strength & conditioning, yoga, boxing and more.
We have two ways to participate: 1) a 10-Week Fitness Challenge held 4-5x per year and 2) an ongoing monthly membership. All members can get started with a 3 class trial for only $19.99.
Cross-training is an effective and beneficial training method for maintaining a high level of overall fitness. Cross-training refers to a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise. It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same exercise routines.
MAX10 Fitness combines Muay Thai kickboxing and Western Boxing inspired workouts with sports agility, plyometric drillls and anaerobic strength training to give you the ultimate in high-intensity cross-training workouts.
