Mayfair Care Center

Mayfair Car Center is a 200 bed skilled nursing facility located on 100 Baldwin road in Hempstead, New York, 11550. We are situated in a neighborhood setting surrounded by single family homes. We offer an outside wooded sitting area for resident's in front of the building and ample parking in the rear of the building.
We specialize in short-term rehabilitation and offer physical an occupational therapy. Our 40 bed, newly renovated short-term unit is on the first of three floors, with the rehab. department conveniently adjacent to the unit for easy access.
In addition to the short term unit, we also have 160 long term beds for resident's who will be living with us for the long term.
Mayfair offer's the following clinical services:
wound round's weekly, wound vac, gt tube feedings, trach and trach stoma care, iv atibiotics, picc line, peripheral iv, hipodermoclysis for iv hydration, palliative care, Hospice Care of New York, isolation beds.
We accept the following payer source's- private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, and are in contract with Emblem Health, GHI, Oxford, Blue Cross, UHC, Centerlight, Fildelis, Americhoice, Elderserve and NSLIJ Healthplan.
