Manuel Chavez is the Broker for M. C. Real Estate Corp. which has been opened for the last 13 years. He graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1995 where he received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Economics. Once graduated, he set out to be a broker and got his license. After a couple of years working for a corporate office he decided he wanted to start up a company in real estate. In 2001 he opened up M. C. Mortgage where it became a successful small business in Real Estate and Loans in the Central Valley. Having produced over 20 million in sales for the first 6 years he was able to open up 2 more branches in Dos Palos, Ca and Made ra, Ca and expand his business. In 2006 when the market took a dive he went on to manage foreclosed homes for banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Since 2008 he and his team managed to close 300 foreclosed properties till present. Mr. Chavez during this time, was the founder of M. C. Home Rescue Corp., a non-profit organization that helps out distressed family members keep and stay in their home. In 2010, Mr. Chavez and a team of the other non-profit organization such as NAHREP held an event to families giving them the opportunity to get the assistance they need for home lost prevention. The event gathered 137 families and provided free loan modification help, financial literacy, or counseling from the HUD approved community housing council of Fresno. Mr. Chavez also, in 2010 provided a toy drive to giving back to families at the Marjorie Mason center for the holidays. Mr. Chavez has continued rising in sales revenue through the years and has found many elements of the business to keep on pursuing. He currently is working with investors to help them find homes to rennovate. Last year, Mr. Chavez closed 102 transactions with a 17 million dollar in sales. He has made a difference in the real estate industry by being one of the top realtors in the valley ranked number 9 in the Fresno Association of Realtors MLS of production in sales and transactions. Mr. Chavez was recognized at number 53 in the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents List for 2014. Today, he continues to inspire and lead by example his fellow realtors and the eleven realtors that work under his supervision.
