McCay Kinchin is a full service General Contractor that offers commercial and residential services throughout the southeast. Our commercial division specializes in major renovations and new construction. MK's Residential division works closely with some of the best craftsmen and trades in the construction industry to build custom homes of the highest quality. We also do any size renovation and will work closely to with the homeowner to make the process easy for them. McCay Kinchin's in-house design team has several designers with some specializing in commercial and the others in residential construction. Other services include Construction Management, permit expediting, architectural and engineering plans, and site development.
