McCool Glass Worx

They say if you love what you do it is not work. Well they are right. We love what we do and what we make. James our head Glass Blower and Teacher has been doing this craft since the 90's and he has loved it so much! He had ran shops before and had opened studios perviously, also he had worked for many big names when he lived in Colorado. So he is no stranger wtih this profession and he had a vision of opening up a shop again and bring the joy of his art to many people.

We started off working out of the garage and sending our work to a distributor who sold it through a magazine and we ventured up to wholesaling to many shops in pa reaching to Philly to Pittsburgh. We noticed how fast these store were selling out of our work and quickly realized we need to grow our studio space and we should have a steady flow of our work. So we started to build the McCool Glassworx Family with friends coming hand and hand to build to fund and create The Best Glass Shop and Glass Studio out there!

Every area of our shop had friends help build and make this place and diffent special items featured in our store. With out these friends our shop would not have been able to happen and be as warm and inviting as it is. This shop is much more then a business it is a symbol of people and relationships and we want to be with you as a friend and build wonderful relationships and bonds from teaching about glass to apperciation of our glass work in your everyday life! We are the best and we aren't like the rest! So when you think of Glass Work you should think of McCool Glassworx

James is a man of creative ideas to help bring fun and enjoyment either for a class or with your glass. He has a paticular style that is rare, unique, and exciting.

With our glass we bring ideas to life, and help you get the ideas in your mind out and expressed.

We make many things from vases, candel holders, rings, pendents, perfume holders, and tobacco pipes.

We can make so many things and we do many events with beer bottle dragons! Those things are so cool! You will have to come to an event to see how that is made.
