McCrea Nissan Subaru

McCrea Motors has been locally owned and operated since inception in the mid 1949 as a Nash Rambler dealer at 535 7th Street in Eureka. McCrea Motors later moved to the current location of the Nissan franchise at 601 7th Street in Eureka, which was the prior home of the Eureka Garage and Eriksen Motors. Current ownership transitioned in 1974.

The Datsun (Nissan) franchise was acquired by McCrea Motors in 1972. McCrea remained a single franchise operation longer than any other local dealer until September of 2008 when it acquired the Subaru franchise from another local dealer that was disbanding. The sales operation for Subaru opened in 2008 to operate out the company’s existing secondary used car facility on 5th Street between “O” and “P” Streets in Eureka. Both Service and Parts operations are operated out of the Nissan Facility at 7th and “G” Streets in Eureka.
