McMillin eyecare- Putting Patients First. If we can't be there when people really need us, then why would they come to us for their routine eyecare? That's why every patient at McMillin eyecare is given a business card which lists not only their personal eye doctor's business number, but his home and cell phone number as well. Our patients can call us anytime, night or day, whatever the emergency, and we're there for them.

William "Cham" McMillin, OD established his pratctice in 1978 and is proud that he has remained a small, locally, owned business. Having grown up in Kingsport, he now treats many of his friends and neighbors, as well as their children and their children's children. "We are a mult-generational eyecare practice, and we believe the number one reason for this is the quality of our service."
William "Billy" McMillin, OD, Cham's nephew, joined the practice two years ago. He, along with all of our highly skilled staff, believes in putting patients first. We have extended office hours, opening Monday- Saturday at 7:30 a.m. (closed on Thursdays and Sundays). Monday, Wednesday, & Friday we close at 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday we remain open until 6:00 p.m. and we are also open until noon on Saturday. "Our extended hours are just another way that we put our patients first."
