MCP Counseling works to make you as comfortable as possible. Many time a session can be difficult to fit into your day. I ofter online counseling, group sessions, and work in the community to increase mental health care for your mind, body and spirit. Finding balance is not always easy. I believe conversations can create opportunities and answer questions about the direction you may want to go.
