MDR Sports

MDR Sports is a Sports Performance and Recovery Facility in Maria del Rey, founded by Harry Mitterbauer of HM Sports Performance.

We offer Normatec Compression, Stretching, Bio-mechanical assessment, Gait Analysis, Corrective exercise, and Sports Massage in order to reduce recovery time and maximize performance. We use NormaTec compression systems and low gravity chairs and tables that will help maximize your recovery needs.

In addition the running group RunMDR will meet weekly at MDR Sports for community group runs, sand bootcamp and trail runs to help enhance your running ability.
