Don't follow your dreams, CHASE IT! A yoga studio has been a dream of mine for almost a decade. The vision of this space is to create a community that encourages and supports the connection of mind, body and soul.
At Me, My Mat, and I all things are possible. A team of cohesive teachers who work together to bring balance to your life. Whether your goal is to have a lifelong practice; learn the basics; continue to grow in the advanced asanas; to rejuvenate and restore, or just have a place that you can be who you are and embody the ahimsa of yoga, our studio will encourage and support it. We welcome all levels and host Teacher Trainings in collaboration with Breath and Body Yoga of Austin. We are new, but old in spirit. Come and check us out!!
