Meadows Restaurant

The Meadows Restaurant was reopened under new ownership (Terri Katawick) on June 26th of 2008. Terri wanted to reclaim what made the restaurant famous decades before: great food—particularly steaks, burgers, and fish—and a well-served cocktail or beer at a reasonable price.

With that in mind, she built a clientele that included customers from way-back-when and new faces alike. Word of the restaurant slowly made its way around the Springfield area in the last several years and, out of a necessity for a growing customer base, she expanded the facility. Meadows features a well-stocked full bar and a generous patio layout for seasonal outdoor dining as well as special events.

The success of the business over the past years is solely due to our local, loyal patrons and friends that prefer a family-owned establishment with a personal touch. Come by and join us for daily lunch and dinner specials and full menu.
