Hey there, I’m Meagan!

As an Executive & Life Coach, I work with professional men and women to develop emotional intelligence and personal power (communication, confidence, connection, stress management, organization/prioritization, action-taking skills) so that they can thrive in their careers, love their lives and flourish in their relationships.

I am a Certified Life and Equus Coach™ (using Equine Facilitated Learning), published author, and speaker/consultant. I am also on faculty as a trainer for RingLeader Equine Coaching™, and am a former adjunct professor/guest lecturer for Concordia University and Oregon State University.

I offer clients space for self-reflection, and help them learn to examine their own assumptions and see things from new perspectives. From there I support them as they learn to navigate stressors and set healthy boundaries. I also serve as a motivator, idea-sharer and accountability partner in my clients' personal and professional development journeys.

As a former Director of Operations in health care, I have first-hand knowledge and experience in business oversight and development, risk management/HR and leadership development (my favorite was leadership development, by far!)

While much of my work is done via one-on-one coaching with professionals and executives, my 3-day LEAD™ retreats (incorporating coaching using horses) focus on group dynamics and developing personal and relational awareness. My recently published book, "Uninvited Guest: The Art of Living with Anxiety, Stress and Overwhelm" reached best-seller status, and serves as a catalyst for much of my work with clients. I enjoy working with groups, both large and small, and consulting on leadership development programming.
