Meal Prep Made Simple

Welcome! My name is Madison Nix, founder of Meal Prep Made Simple! As most serious athletes know, nutrition and correct dieting is the majority of the battle whether your goal is to lose those extra 10 lbs or take home overall at your next fitness competition. Unfortunately, most individuals avoid eating clean because of the common misconception that it can be bland and boring and the meal preparation required is usually tedious and time-consuming.
Having been heavily involved in the fitness industry for nearly a decade as well as having a huge passion for the culinary arts, it is my hope that through this page I can prove to you that clean-eating can be delicious, fun, and most important of all, simple!
I will also be sharing with you a variety of workout routines, health and beauty tips, hair tutorials, beauty tutorials and life coaching that will hopefully make your fitness journey that much more exciting and enjoyable!
