Medford Fitness

Our club features an expansive, wide open fitness floor, 4-lane heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, 2 racquetball courts, large group exercise and indoor cycling rooms, mens and ladies saunas, and a child care room. Use of all of these club features are included in our low monthly membership.

Our Fitness Programs include:
• Experienced Personal Trainers
• Over 50 Group Exercise classes including Group Power, Spinning/Indoor Cycling, Kickbox, Zumba, and Yoga/Pilates
• Adult Boot Camps
• Swim Lessons (Private, Group, and Competitive)
