Gather medical records from your doctor(s) regarding your diagnosis.

Meet with our doctor.

If qualified, mail forms provided by our office to the State. We help you through this process!

After 21 days, unless notified by the State, you are allowed the use of marijuana.

When you provide us with your medical records, which may be securely and confidentially faxed or uploaded to us, our licensed Medical Doctors review them and meet with you in order to understand you situation. If it is determined that you do not qualify for certification, the fee will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee.
