*How to step into the Leadership role: Leading in Love, humility and compassion while standing for holiness. (Jesus the ultimate leader)
*How to be a leader in the midst of Chaos and bringing it under subjection: How to recover after you messed up (Moses, Jacob & the Apostle Paul)
*Being Faithful: God, Family & Church
*Preparing the Next LeadersWhat does it take to be the Ultimate Leader?
1. Must walk in the Love & obedience to God, His Word and those in authority over you. (As long as it is not against the word of God)
2. Must stand under fire
3. Must be diligent in all your ways
4. Assign others that God Chooses to carry out / assist in the work
5. Train your workers/ equip them & lead by example
6. Appoint those who are people of integrity
7. Reward those who are faithful and diligent
8. Protect the ministry at all cost (vision, workers, gifts, etc.)

Psalm 91:1-4, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2) I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” 3) Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the pestilence. 4) He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.”
