Mel's Mobile Fitness

Welcome to Mel’s Mobile Fitness, where people of all fitness levels will find a home. Our approach to fitness is to create a fun, vibrant atmosphere in various locations throughout the community, both indoors and out! A supportive coach will always assist you with your individual needs and long-term fitness goals. We do this through varied formats of physical movement in boot camp classes, running groups, nutritional counseling, and one-on one- training.

Our small class sizes are designed to provide individualized attention, which in turn will deliver the best results and allow you to build friendships and have fun! Once you experience Mel's Mobile Fitness, you will be hooked!
