You can taste the tradition in our food -- our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. We still slow smoke our beef brisket and pulled pork for sixteen hours with an apple and hickory wood combination that has been perfected by 4 generations of cooks. Our spare ribs are still rubbed down with our family’s special 12-seasoning rub, then perfectly smoked and glazed with our secret recipe BBQ sauce that dates back to our grandfather. And of course, we still cook everything from scratch.
