Executive Chef, Diego Velasco and his culinary staff take great pride in preparing creative, fresh and mouthwatering cuisine. Menus include the American Regional cuisine served at Memphis Cafe, box lunches, sandwich and salad trays and hot lunches geared towards the corporate client. Also featured are; creative and flavorful hors d'oeuvres, salads, soups, entrees and desserts, wine paired menus featuring varietals and cuisines from around the globe, along with custom designed menus to compliment any event.

Memphis Group Event Venues include Memphis Café and the Tin Lizzy Saloon, both located in Costa Mesa's SoBeCa district. In addition to these great venues, Memphis Catering & Events can provide full-service off-site catering at offices, private homes, schools, churches, parks or any desired location.
