Mendes Boot Camp (Extreme Workout) is a six week program that will help you lose weight, tone your body, and have more energy then ever before! This Boot Camp runs every six weeks: Monday/ Wed / Fri 5:00am -6:00am, Mon / Wed / Thur 7:30pm - 8:30pm, or Sat 7:00am-8:00am. You can choose from 3 or 4 days per week. From March-September camp is run outdoors between a few different locations changing up on a weekly basis. During the colder weather, camp is run indoors at the Mendes Tang Soo Do studio in Taunton. Each day focuses on Abdominal or Core workouts and then changes up the other areas of the body throughout the week.
This WILL be a life changing experience if you decide to make the commitment!
