Menifee County Search and Rescue

Menifee County Fire and Rescue provides many services for the citizens of Menifee County and those visiting our beautiful area. Search and rescue (SAR) is just one service among many provided. Menifee County is located between Cave Run Lake and Red River Gorge and is often referred to as the Foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Our small but beautiful community has many visitors traveling through that enjoy our vast natural areas. As you could imagine, with any outdoor activity sometimes danger exists and our volunteer SAR team is here to assist people. We provide services for lost and missing persons, low angle rescue, high angle rescue, and injury carry-out.
