Mercy 4 The Voiceless Animal Sanctuary is dedicated to helping abandoned, neglected and abused animals. Our organization services the Rio Grande Valley and it's surrounding communities by sheltering and re-homing animals from dire circumstances and promoting humanitarianism through education. Our promise is to make the Rio Grande Valley a better place by reducing the numbers of strays and abandoned animals that roam our streets and advocating on the importance of spaying an neutering.
